Job duties Develop, execute and monitor local /regional campaigns in collaboration with external partners and internal teams Plan and initiate acquisition/retention activities Create campaign reports and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement Identify and interpret market trends as well as user insights to leverage them into impactful marketing activities Collaborate closely with our operation and product development team Coordinate daily social media activities.
Ensure all marketing activities feel local and personal.
Qualifications 3 years of experience in Marketing Management.
BA Degree in Marketing, Media Communication or similar.
Experience in local entertainment industry preferred.
Excellent communication and networking skills.
Highly self-driven and results oriented.
Passionate for music, internet and trends.
Portuguese Native Speaker.
Fluent in English and other additional languages will be a plus.
