The On-boarding team plays a critical role in Google’s Global Customer Experience (GCE) organization and is responsible for a substantial portion of Google’s advertising business growth across the globe.
As a manager in our On-boarding team, you will have responsibility for a high-performing customer experience team who are responsible for on-boarding large, new advertising customers to Google throughout the region. You and your team will be engaging with new customers and supporting them to learn how to unleash the magic of Google solutions towards their business, developing digital advertising solutions that meet their growth goals and business objectives. You will also be responsible for owning the relationship with New Business Sales (NBS) and Google Marketing Services (GMS) Sales for your assigned customer.
You and your team will use consultative sales skills to understand our advertisers' needs and deliver measurable solutions. You will also use your insight to work with the GCE regional leadership team to set strategic objectives and run the day-to-day operations for the business.

Responsibilities Manage and coach teams of account strategists to deliver excellent performance; develop their digital marketing expertise and build productive client partnerships. Provide supportive and honest career evaluations; facilitate professional development plans.
Identify process improvement areas and solutions, share and encourage best practices, across both GCE and GMS business teams.
Manage NBS and SMB relationships for your assigned markets. Ensure a Googley customer experience.
Analyze market trends, team performance, and client performance with your teams to drive account and business growth sustainability.
Deliver against targets and activity for your assigned portfolio of countries. Lead and actively engage in client relationships and strategies.
Qualifications Minimum qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in search and online advertising.
Experience in business management, project management, change management and leadership.
Ability to speak and write in Portuguese and English fluently and idiomatically.
Relevant experience in the digital advertising industry.
Experience managing sales teams.
Experience leading teams with a strong focus on coaching and mentoring, and demonstrated success developing business teams and hitting targets.
Strong stakeholder management, leadership and cross-functional influencing skills.
Ability to think strategically, execute. independently/effectively, and deliver high quality work against aggressive deadlines.
